This morning I awoke
and before I glanced in the mirror
I put on my morning mask
then I looked and saw what I expected
a disheveled man with white hair
and sleepy eyes.
Then I made a cup of coffee
and as I drank it
I saw my reflection in the monitor
and I decided to put on a new mask
I call it the disheveled man after coffee
